How do I go about getting a new encryption key?

I have a new computer and no longer have access to my previous one.  I need a new encryption key that I can upload to view my secure forms.  How do I get that?

You will need to disable and enable the encryption. You will be given the option to get a new key when re-enabling this feature. However, we cannot guarantee that the new key will work on the old or existing submissions. If not, then there's nothing we can do about it. The data is considered lost.
