How to switch the view of the camera when form is viewed on a mobile device?

We use this form on our android cell phones. I have just updated the form to include more pictures. When I am using the form on my cell phone and I get to the prompt to snap a pic it only shows the camera view of looking back at me and not looking forward. 

You'll need to tap on the camera switch icon on the upper right so it will change its view.
