Problem with link to form, form stuck on "Please wait"

    Hello,

My name is Cora and am the content manager working with Martha Williams and her line dancing form.

I’ve been trying to get the form to work at the website, however, when I paste JotForm’s code, the form does appear on the club website but when pressed the Submit button says Please Wait … and then nothing happens.  Below are the two codes I’ve used. I’m awaiting a response from our IT to confirm if we are using WordPress.com or WordPress.org because I believe that’s the basis for whether or not the codes work. Or the club websites are unable to handle this sort of situation in which case this is all in vain.  I have tried both options and still get the Please Wait message. The only other way I can think of would be to provide a link on the club website that connects a user to the form on the JotForm website.

    I would appreciate your assistance.

    Thank you.

    Cora

    First code for WordPress.org:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/81959323480160"></script>

    Second code for WordPress.com:

    [embed]https://form.jotform.com/form/81959323480160[/embed]

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

It would be great if you could share the website URL where the form is embedded so we can check.

Also, you could try embedding your form by using the iFrame code:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

For your convenience, here is the code you can try to use:

     <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-81959323480160" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" allowfullscreen="true" allow="geolocation; microphone; camera" src="https://form.jotform.com/81959323480160" frameborder="0" style="width: 1px; min-width: 100%; height:539px; border:none;" scrolling="no" > </iframe>

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

So I created a post, when I pasted the embed code it shows up this way instead of linking it to the form at your site. This happens whether it is just an embed, source code or iFrame.

Could you please share the URL where the form is embedded so we can check this issue?

If the website is not live, please share the screenshot of the problem, here is how: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

What you see below is how it appeared on the Home page…the code, and not linked to JotForm.

Also, the website uses WordPress 4.9.8 running Divi theme.

Please share to us the URL link of your website where the form was used so we can also check and test.
