hi.  is it possible to program a certain text to appear on a text box depending on what you select on a combo box list?

There are two ways to achieve this in the form builder. 

Method 1:

Assign calculation values to the combo list items and then copy them into the text box. Refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

After assigning calculation values, you can then copy them into a text box using conditional logic: https://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic

This method is suitable if you want to input a specific text for each option selected.

Method 2:
