    Hello Again!

I would like to know if its possible to send an email notification to someone if they click on a specific field in the form I created.... and only those that selected that field will receive the email notification ?

If you take a look at the form its the first field where there are 3 options for them to choose from.... I only want an email to go to those people that click on any of those 3 options..... Please let me know if thats possible

    Hi Lee

This is quite feasible. First, you would need to create an autoresponder and then attach a condition, as follows:

    1. While on the Setup & Embed tab, click the Conditions button, select Send an e-mail after submission and click Next

    2. Create the following condition and save it:

    Save the form

It's also possible to attach a similar condition to the notification. When 2012/2013 Special Offer (the notification's name) is selected, your email address (or whatever email address it was set to go to) appears in the box indicated below:

However, if that address is replaced with the tag for the user's email address: {yourEmail16}, the notification will go to the user if Option 1: ... is answered.

It's important to note that if a condition is attached to an email alert, that alert will not be sent unless the said condition is satisfied. In this case, the email alert to which the condition has been attached will not be sent if the user does not complete the first question.

If you would like further help with this, please let us know.
