I cannot download my submissions...

    Hi

     

    Recently I have been having a few problems with my Jotform submissions.

     

    I am on the package that allows you to receive 1000 submissions. I have received around 520 but a couple of days ago the counter on the left hand side of 'My Forms' has gone back down to 0 and started again. All 520ish submissions are still there though.

     

    Also, since this has happened it wont allow me to download my submissions into CSV/Xcel. It jumps to a page that says 

    504 Gateway Time-out

     

    Can you help please?

    The counters on the left panel in "My Forms" page are showing the situation of your submission qoutas. They are not the number of all your submissions. 1st day of every month Jotform resets your qoutas. This is why a couple of days ago your counter gone back to 0 yet your submissions did not disappear. On the other hand we had a server problem in last 36 hours. We could restore submissions but it still have side effects. This problem is one of them. Our development team is aware of problem and working on a solution now. As soon as they fix it you will get an update post about sitation. Thanks for your patience.

    Exporting to Excel File seems to be working fine now. Please try again.
