I'm testing my website's functionality on Adobe's Browser lab and the background is white not black as set with the CSS.
Works in all other browsers, half my problems with anything online is always on IE...
Any help much appriciated.

From the sound of what you are referring to it seems that you are talking about issues with IE if I am understanding you correctly? I've tested your form across several browsers including the major ones such as Chrome, FireFox and even the delicately in IE but I was unable to find any issues. Correction - the problem has been found.
Is there any way you could tell us where or how and in what browser and version you got this issue?
In my experience I don't normally diss anything Adobe makes but I have used Adobe Browserlab and it is somewhat slow, limited, and even obsolete. We currently use BrowserStack to do all of our cross-platform browsing tests for website since it offers a faster, wider-ranged usage (both new and old versions), and more reliable means to test links and websites.

Thanks for that. Good to hear you don't see any issues in IE but just quickly tried BrowserStack as you suggested, and also here the background doesn't play ball. The text within the form collapse is white but the boxes are black, or meant to be.

I tried in all IE browsers 7,8 and 9 on Adobe's Browser lab which did seem to update realtime as I did a few tests.

Please add the declarations highlighted in red to the form's injected CSS:
filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient( startColorstr='#000000', endColorstr='#000000',GradientType=0 );
filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient( startColorstr='#114CDF', endColorstr='#114CDF',GradientType=0 );
It's possible that additional declarations will need to be added for other browsers. I'll run additional checks at Browserstack and if I find anything, I'll let you know.

Pardon my previous response as my colleagues have corrected me and were able to help find the problem in question. Please see Abajan's response above for a hopeful fix on this.

Thanks very much that seems to work.
