[Cards]: Address field look up dropdown is being cut of on mobile devices

    Also, the Address field is cutting off. You can’t see the list of addresses to choose from, which is the key feature. I’m assuming this is the same issue. I would like to roll out these forms within a week. Is it likely these issues will be addressed before then?

    I can confirm the issue with address look up being cut off on the form. I have attached a ticket to this thread so our developers could fix the problem. We will keep you posted with any updates. Thank you for reporting!

    Hello, We are ready to roll out this form to patients. Can you provide an update? I have tried two fonts and they both have this problem. This is a significant issue for us.

    Unfortunately, the ticket is still opened and being worked on our second level, we cannot provide an ETA about when this will be fixed, but we will keep you updated via this thread.
