Hi - I am currently using a registration form which I would like to include an " early bird" option offering a reduced rate until a specific cut off date.
I am using a paypal payment option for this form. Is it possible to set a cut off date for the reduced payment options without losing the submitted data.
I have considered simply noting the date of cut off for lower payments and removing the option but I wioll still need these delegates info. Could you suggest any other more streamlined way of achieving this requirement.
Many thanks as always for your support of a fine product!

The simplest way to do this is to just change the product pricing and description to reflect the "early bird" option availability.
I don't think there is a need to add a different product item for the early bird discount. Just change the items back to the regular pricing when the end date passes.
If you need assistance on how to change product details and price, please feel free to ask.

Thanks for the quick reply - will this action retain any data submissions already received from delegates at the lower rates?

Yes, data should be retained as long as the entire Paypal module isn't deleted, and only the item pricing and description are changed.
