I just upgraded the account but the form limit hasn't changed

    I just upgraded the account but it still says we are limited to 25 forms.  When will it update?

    Hello,

    I can see that you are currently holding a Bronze subscription, but your account is scheduled to downgrade because of failed payment. Were you trying to upgrade to Silver? 

    Please make sure that you have sufficient funds on your account when upgrading. If needed, you can change the payment method: How-to-change-my-Payment-Method

    Victoria, 

    You've screwed up somehow.  The system said we were "upgraded successfully" to Silver but didn't prompt for a new card number or say there was a payment problem.  Please upgrade the account to Silver.  

    If you need payment please charge the payment method on file, right now, to make sure you're not just assuming it doesn't work but you actually tried and it failed.  If it doesn't work after that, then we can provide a new method for you to charge.

    UPDATE: I checked and it looks like you guys just charged us 3x for $67?? The plan is still not upgraded properly.  Please fix your mistake.
