When I submit any of my three forms on the website I do not email notifications.

    I have set up the email notifications as conditional based on the email address field being filled in. 

    I do not receive any notifications.

    I also do not receive test emails sent from the website.

    Submissions notifications was successfully delivered to your email address according to the mail logs. Did you check your spam folders? Maybe it ended up there.

    We'd also suggest to check your spam filter settings, add noreply@jotform.com to your senders list and white list JotMail IP's to your email provider side. This should help. 


    Also note that "Test email" would only send notification messages to the email address that's associated on your account not on the form recipient's addresses. You have to make an actual submissions in order to test your form recipients. We've made it this way in order to stop abusive users who uses this feature for their illegal activities such as spams.
