I had to access your site using Firefox to get the SUPPORT drop down menu to work today. Restarted and cleared caches. Same problem.

This problem was caused by a a recent issue we had with the new MyForms interface. To my knowledge though, this should now be resolved.
Kindly check on your end and let us know if the problem still persists.
