Embed source code with Thank You redirect to localhost

I want to embed the form's source code and redirect the Thank You page to a php script on my localhost server.  When I tried that and downloaded the source code, I didn't see localhost in the html file.  Am I doing it correctly?

We have tested your source code, and it redirects to "http://localhost/clientIntake.php", can you please try it in your end?
