Does the HIPPA form comply with Florida HIV/AIDS rules?

I'm not sure if HIPAA forms comply with Florida HIV/AIDS rules. However, we have a feature that would let the form owner decide what data would be shared or not.

Do note also that data submitted in HIPAA forms are secured and only the form/account owner can view the submission data. Not even us support team can view the submission data.
