E-mail Notifications: My form is not forwarding submissions to my e-mail address

    Hello,

    My form that I use both abruptly stopped saving submissions on 8-21.  I am not sure if I hit the wall of space.  I just cleared out all submissions and responding via a test submission which saved in jotfrom, but did not forward.  I checked to see my info did not change from original set up which it did not and it does not automatic forward teh submissions to me.

    Hi there, 

    I have cloned your form and tested a submission.

    The notification was sent to my e-mail address.  Did you receive it? 

    I added your address to the notification of the clone as well.
