How do I set up online payments for separate amounts?

    I am creating a page that parents will use to pay their monthly tuition and child's lunch bills. I need an option to choose 1-10 months to pay tuition for, and an option to pay for lunches with the tuition or just alone. If lunch is paid for with the tuition, I need it broken out so the our bookkeeper is able to discern lunch from tuition payments. Can you show me the best way to accomplish all that? Does lunch need to be a separate payment section? Thanks, Betty

    I need for people to be able to choose the amount they want to pay for, 3 days for 1 month or 5 days for 6 months, does that make sense? I need it to be flexible so that parents can choose the number of days their child attends and the number of months they want to pay for. Plus they can also pay for lunch, which is $8, I need them to be able to add that to their total for their tuition. Is this possible?

    How exactly do you calculate the lunch fee? Do you charge the same amount for different months (e.g. February - 28 days, October - 31 days)?

    That form is great! Lunch is always $8, and they can go 1-5 days per week, every week of school. Does that help?

    Hello again, I'm back to looking at this form. Is there a way to let parents choose to pay for tuition only, or lunch bunch only, or pay for both at the same time? For lunch bunch, parents will be given the amount they owe, then they will go to this form to make the payment. Is that doable? I don't know how to do that with the widgets, sorry.

    You may add another Radio field to the form as shown below and setup conditions to hide the tution fee or lunch option.

    Thank you, this is very helpful. How would I get the lunch bunch total to be added to the total for the tuition. This lunch bunch total below is not adding to the total to be paid when you choose "Both" as your option. How can I get that to happen?

    You may add directly the lunch bunch field in your total  field.

    Example, for Toddler class. You can directly add the lunch bunch inside the calculation in Younger Toddler Total. Do this to all the total,older Toddler total and Preschool total.

    Hi, I am back with another question regarding this form. At the end of the form, I need the form to add the three sub-totals I have listed, plus add on surcharges that will incur. I have that calculation set up in the form in this field: Sub-Total + Online FeesThe online fees are 2.9% + .30, and I have this calculation set up but it's not adding in the 2.9%, only the 30 cents. I'm not sure why that's happening.
