The quantity passed to Paypal is wrong.

I can raise a ticket about this, but the system may be designed to work in this way.
Do you have the information about quantity in your PayPal "Custom:" field?

I set up the Quantity feature using instructions given to me here on the forums, within the Payment Wizard.
From a common sense point of view, a different QTY value in Jotform and Paypal is undesired. And, that disrepancy potentially messes up all sorts of accounting/data management efforts.
<<PS it would be nice if I could easily upload a screen shot to this followup answer. In the orignial post you can just upload a file. In followups I have to FTP the file to a server then add a link... an unwelcome annoyance that comes at a time when I'm on the forums because there is already a problem :-(

Also, thank you for your input about the quantity value, it has been noted.
Additionally, we do have a way for you to add in screenshots easily which works both when you ask a question or answer one by clicking on the Insert/Edit Image tool -

Additionally to what Deygus has explained to you, in order to get the URL you wantto insert on each thread using the icon, you must follow the steps I just explained to you on this other thread

Thanks for the two answers about uploading images. Of course the main issue here is the Paypal Quantity problem.

Is this only happening on your paypal pro email receipts?
Do you know if the issue is prevalent when using standard paypal as your payment method?

I'd have to build, deploy, and test that from scratch and really don't have the time. My PaypalStandard forms don't currently have a QTY property.

Sorry but I can't replicate the problem, so I need your assistance, please. As I see, your forms are removed. Can you tell if the quantity property is shown in the payment page? Because in my end, quantity is displayed as entered in the paypal payment page.

I believe if the user enters the credit card information on your form we send the total to the PayPal api, instead of sending the items prices and the quantities. That's why you see item price as $50 and the quantity as 1. So, the correct information about the quantity is what you see on JotForm submission.

Hey y'all - I am not getting email updates when my forum topics are updated. What's going on?
I just tested the clone of my form you set up and it looks like it is now passing the proper quantity value to Paypal. Guess you fixed the original problem.
Also, the Paypal column in an integrated Google Spreadsheet lacks the troublesome <table> tags that made it hard to use previously. thanks.
However, it would still be great to see that paypal column split into separate columns since it currently contains multiple data points that must otherwise be parsed out. I've already mentioned this in other postings... it remains a big time suck for my client to manually do that.

Now we have removed your email from the bounced list. Please re-check the delivery, and let us know if you are still facing the problem.
