    I registered to see the templates, which aren't available unless i created an account.

    I still couldn't view a template and instead got a video to watch about hiring people.

    This is a lost leader. Please unscubscribe me. You should be more forthcoming. You have competitors, you know.

    We are sorry to see that you have experienced some issues with creating a form. Please note that you can actually create a form for yourself without registering an account. You may also view the templates from the template link displayed in the top navigation.

    I am not sure which video you are referring to. If you can share the link of the redirected link, we can take a look and assist you.

    reached a page that briefly described it, then clicked on the link to USE
    THE TEMPLATE and a page said, YOU'VE REACHED YOUR 5 form limit.
    What? I haven't done anything. I can't even view a single template on your
    site.

    Sorry about that. As I check your account, I see that there are five forms created. They might have created using the guest mode before you create an account. Since the free account is limited to have 5 forms, the error message is being displayed. I have now deleted these empty forms in your account. Please try using the template now and you should be able to clone it to your account without any issue.
