I see your form is not yet connected with Stripe. Also, the form is in Test mode. Please switch to the Live mode to make it work.

If you are referring to this Form https://www.jotform.com/82516227066456 I could still see that it is still not connected to Stripe and in Test mode. It seems your Stripe payment question is not connected to Stripe account.

After the connection it should show like this:

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Please know that every time you change the Mode of the Stripe payment field, your Stripe account will be disconnected and you will have to connect your Stripe account again.
When on Test mode the Stripe Login page will look like this
And it will look just like this when on Live mode.
Also, I hope this helps — please go to your Stripe account and make sure your Stripe account is activated to access Live data.

Further to my colleague's last response, I can see this on your form with ID -82516227066456 the stripe payment is now Connected with Live Mode. Meaning, the payments should now work fine.>

And one thing More o want to send this submission as an invoice..

To set-up payment receipt you need to just add a form auto-responder email alert in your form. The following guide should help you how to add form auto-responder: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
In this way, users will get their confirmation auto replies upon payment form submissions. For both Notification/Autoresponder emails you are able to customize the template that is sent and add the needed info from the form, including the payment field will also include the Stripe payment details and it looks like this when received:

NetfixReplied on September 22, 2018 at 1:43 PMI have set it up but stilly customers are not getting any receipt. And there is one more problem if payment is declined by stripe and not go through i am not getting error messages it goes hang down on blank page .
I am not fully satisfied. I have already paid for your services but this waste of Money.
