I need assistance to reset the password. The former employee is not present and we need to access our company’s forms.

Please provide the username/email Id/any Form URL related to the account so that we could check the current status of the account.

Are you having access to the account's email Id? If no, then you may not be able to reset the account's password. The request to reset account password should come from the form owner too. You can clone the Forms present in his account and continue using it.
