Signature form doesn't work at all anymore

    Over a week ago I put in a ticket because the signature form wouldn't work on our intake form.  I was instructed to make the signature "Not Required" and that the developer team would work the issue.  Making the block "Not Required" provided a temporary patch until today.  Now we are receiving complaints that the signature blocks aren't working at all and are preventing anyone from submitting a form even though they aren't required.  We need resolution to this today or we are going to have to change companies.  Please instruct us what to do to fix this.  We're losing business.

    Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

    On testing the form in my desktop's and iPhone's Chrome browser, I could not replicate any issue. The submission went through successfully. You may check your submissions for the same.

    Could you please test the form once more?

    If possible could you please share the screenshot with us so that we can update our development team for the same. I have conveyed your message to them. Please expect the updates in your old thread:

    I cloned and tested your form. It looks like working in desktop and mobile browsers.
