How to add a 3rd email recipient to the form?

We have a fraternity that would like to tag the local chapter email with a copy of the completed application form.  

There are several chapters and we would like to have each chapter get a copy of their respective applications including the national office and the applicant themselves. 

Is this possible?  

We are currently Bronze members and would like to see if this function could make it easier across the organization.

Thanks for the info but I would like the receipient email to be dependant on which chapter they selected.  

Each chapter has their own email account for their members.  I would like to not overwhelm the other chapters and make the form more of a "if this is selected, then an email goes here" kind of setup.

Yes, we have such an option, you can use conditional sending of emails. Here is how you can do that:

So you can set which notifiers will be sent when certain chapters are selected.
