Not able to reset my account password.

    Hi Support,

    I lost my PW to login to my account : Champartments.

    The forget PW button doesn't work for me.

    can you assist??

    I checked for an account with the username Champartments and was unable to find one.  There are a couple of forms associated with a Guest account for your email address, but that account has been inactive for quite some time.  If you have a link to one of your forms, we can let you know the correct account associated with the form.

    I did check your form which is embedded in your webpage and found that the forms are associated with a different account with username "WhiteVilla". The profile email address of this account is "info@whitevilla*****cao.com".

    If you have access to this email address, you can reset your account password which is in "Sign In" page. Please note that password reset instructions are sent to account profile email address.
