I have a hospital client that currently needs 3 forms all submitting via SSL due to HYPAA compliance, and each form must be fielded by specific staff.
I was wondering if I could create 3 separate accounts so that the login for each form is different, but all using the same 1000 submissions/mo. for $9.99. Is that possible?

Unfortunately, that is not possible at this time.
However, you can have them all under the same account and simply share the submissions page for each form with the staff.
To share the Submissions page, simply click on the form while on the "My Forms" page.
Once you select the form, simply click on the "Submissions" button at the top of the page.
Once in the "Submissions" page, click on the gear icon on the right. Choose the "Make this page Public" follow the wizard and do that for all the forms. Simply share the URLs and passwords with the people who are allowed to view the submissions.
