Partial or Step by Step Forms?

I'm not sure how to title what I'm looking for but here is what I'd like to accomplish if possible.

We own a gym and I'd like to have multiple forms tied an individual.  So when they first come in, they sign a waiver.  If they join, they'll sign a contract.  At some point if they leave, they'll sign a cancellation form.

Is it possible to have all of these forms (some contract and cancellation form will have fields that will need input prior to signing) linked to the same person without having to recreate the form?

I guess I see this as a type of book for each person, they'll all have the same documents but we just open their profile and have them either complete in person or emailed and done at their convenience.

    I hope this makes sense!

    Thanks

I think you may not need three different forms for that, in order to keep all the information in one single place I would recommend you to create one form with the three sections and ask the submitter or the person in charge of filling the form the action to be performed, then based on that you show the fields asking for the needed information.

You may build your form and separate the sections using a section collapse tool, then conditionally show/hide them according to the selection made, here is a guide that will give you the idea about how this can be done: https://www.jotform.com/help/297-Show-or-Hide-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Using-the-Section-Collapse-Field

Now, once they submit the form for the first time, the submission will be recorded on your account and you will be able to see the info following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/297-Show-or-Hide-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Using-the-Section-Collapse-Field

In order to allow them to update the information, you may provide them with the edit link of the submission, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

Or you may also do it on your end following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/325-How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms

    I hope this helps.
