Request to update account username

    how do i update my user name

    I have checked your username and I see that it is no longer available.

    Perhaps you were already able to update your account username.

    If you have an active form that is using its custom URL with the old username, it will no longer work. You may update the custom URL by following the instructions in this guide — How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form
