    Hello,

    Have you edited the form since posting the question? I see neither a submit button nor white line on the actual form.

    Please clarify.

    Thanks.

    Hi again

    With the help of one of my colleagues (Jonathan) I was able to see both the submit button and line by clicking the "Order Now" button. (I didn't see that button before and when I visited the form at its own JotForm URL, the comment box was the last element on the page.)

    Unfortunately, I wasn't able to reproduce the problem on my end after using the lightbox's code in one of my pages. However, adjusting the value of the lightbox's height parameter might solve the problem. Have you tried that already?

    Hey

    Okay

    I found option to change width in " Preferences > Form Styles " But i cannot find the option to change height. Where is this option ?
    Thank you very much dude.

    I was actually referring to the lightbox code currently in your web page. Change the value highlighted in red below:

    new JotformFeedback({
    formId:'23523416728353',
    base:'http://jotformeu.com/',
    windowTitle:'Order Form',
    background:'#181818',
    fontColor:'#383838',
    type:false,
    height:700,
    width:650
    });

    Honestly, I don't know if it will work but it's worth a try. If it doesn't work, I'll investigate the issue further.

    Incidentally, in which browser are you seeing the line? On my system it can be seen in Chrome and Safari but there's no problem in Firefox.

    By the way, I can now see the submit button okay at the form's URL.

    Okay, try injecting the following CSS:

    html, body {
    background-color: #181818 !important;
    }

    Okay , i solved the problem with changing width and height , any size there is again the white line.

    I tried this option with background color but its not working ...

    I think , there is possibility , problem is with scroll bar maybe , what do you think ?

    How to disable scroll bar

    Hi,

    Can please try also updating your page document type declaration. Try if you can change it to this

    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">

    I recreated your page using its its html source code, I only standardize the document type and I can seem to view the lightbox form properly already. This is the test page.

    Please try and inform us if this does not make any difference.

    Thanks.

    @FightingForLove

    Glad to know my colleague's solution worked out worked out for you. I can confirm that the lightbox looks good on my end too. The only thing is, it may still be a good idea to reduce its height because while I can close it just fine on my desktop computer's browsers, it's extends beyond the top and bottom of my laptop's browsers, even when they are maximized. Of course, if you don't want users to be able to close the lightbox without submitting the form, that's a different matter! :)

    Cheers
