How can I link the multiple choice selection to a excel spreadsheet?

    Hi, 

    I am trying to create a few questions with multiple choice, however, the data is updated more than two a month.  Instead of manually entering the data, i was thinking could i link it to a spreadsheet? then it will autopopulate the data.  Just in case i may forget to update.

    We have a report feature that lets you generate an excel report. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-Create-an-Excel-Report.

    You can connect your form to Google Spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will be updated for each new submission or edited submission. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets.

    You can also use the Reports 2 Cloud app. This app automatically sends Excel reports Cloud Storage such as Dropbox. Here's the link: http://reports2cloud.jotform.io/.
