Please help to fix my form work flow using the Conditional Logic

Hi again

As attached I am creating work flow permit to work and have a small hit hurdle that I am hoping that you can assist with me please.

The form is in two stages.

The original (customer) user completes his request for a permit to work and based on his choices he will choose the area or areas where they may require some form of isolation (hot work, Fire Services, mechanical).  Pending his or her choice I would like the end responder (post submit) to only have to respond and view the areas where they require an isolation. 

However when I try and create the logic behind this, all the end responder choices are shown on the original (customer) users application. I don't want the these show me logic to appear to the customer.

Can you help with the Conditional Logic.
