save form and submit it later

For the person who fill the form (single page format), is it possible save the form he/she is working on, and submitting it later?

Yes, that is right. The link you've shared would work with card form.

Apparently this method, which is definitely more user friendly, does not work.
I posted the sreen shot from my pc: the options"save and continue later" and "autofill" (point 2 of the previous link) don't appear and consequently the saving option does not show up when a user fills the form.
