I got some troubles with google sheets integration. in fact, processing integration is successfull but, if I test the form, the new sumissions are not incremented into the google sheets. The only way to retrieve the new submissions is to generate a "rapport " file from Jotform.com but I don't want this option -
How shall I proceed to have a good integration?
Would you please answer me at firstname.lastname@example.org or indicate when a answer is done, because i can't see when you answer me?isn'it possible to follow our question over the forum?
thanks a lot
ps : All my forms are concerned by this problem

Hello formpartiloe. What I'm suspecting here is the accented characters (and/or) degree character for labels on your form. Have you tried using regular a-z characters on your form?
We'll also do our tests to figure out what's happening.

Hi, I have a similar assumption to what Liyam had already mentioned. So, we suggest to try using English characters only as much as possible on your form's labels.
But I would also like to inform you that I was actually able to integrate your form (a clone) as is, in my google doc spreadsheet.
You can check the spreadsheet here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ArHMx2ARJqlrdG11QWhRQ2FQdkoxQ21NNURlLTNiZ3c
and the cloned test form here http://www.jotformpro.com/form/23533190836959
Please try to double check if during the google account verification process, all are validated succesfully -- as most of the time, an incomplete success in the validation is also the culprit as to why the integration seems to be not working.
Hope this also help.

Have you solved this issue ? My google spreadshhet does not update with new entries. I also used accented characters because in French you have plenty of words using these characters.
I have already posted this issue on this thread that seems to be broken now: http://www.jotform.com/answers/217510-submissions-not-sent-to-google-spreadsheet
I reaaly need this form to work proprely asap now. Can you tell me if this will be solved quickly otherwise I will have to turn to another solution asap.

The report thread is still currently opened and no updates so far from our developers. It is marked as Important. I would suggest updating that instead of responding to someone else thread.
As a solution while waiting, I would suggest using English Field labels to your form. That should work in the mean time.
