First of all, a great service for building lead generation forms.
We are software companies and we offer free trials and in needs of dynamic lead generation web forms to collect better data about our prospects. So far, the JotForm works great except for one thing, we want to have the ability to confirm that the user's email address used to fill the form is verified.
There are two ways to do that:
1- A verification test on the web form of the validity of the email address.
2- An email sent to the email address after submitting the form.
Are any of the above available? If yes, we would like to proceed and upgrade our free account.
Another question, is there a way to notify a user who fills a form using his @gmail.com or @hotmail.com email address that he should use a company email address? We want to filter our leads because a lot of people submit the forms using unsolicited email addresses.

Update from Feb, 2017:
At this time we provide an email confirmation option.
If you need to verify that user has access to provided email address, you can use an E-mail Validator widget field.
This is also possible to check the validity of the entered email address using an XVerify Email widget field (the xverify.com service is not free).
Thanks for trying us out!
As per confirming an email address, you can do this by having an introduction form - form A
Form A can gather simple information such as name and e-mail.
It generates an autoresponder notificaion (e-mail ent to the address entered)
The autoresponder can have a link to the second form - Form B
You can prepopulate the fields (on Form B) that were already filled out in Form A.
As per the verification of the addresses not being from @gmail or @hotmail, currently, we don't have a feature that can accomplish that. You can use hover text to advie your users to use their company addresses however, we would not validate it at the moment.
Please take a look at the guides ponted to on the links above and let us know if you need further assistance!
