Why the excel report shows only 500 submissions?

Hello, I created a form for a public call through two weeks. 

Over 500 entries have arrived (566 to be exact), but every time I try to download the excel file, it will only show 500 entries. That file is needed as we have to upload the leads into our CRM. I have evidence of the leads, as I have saved all the confirmation messages.

Can you please help us to understand what's happening? 

Was the account downgraded to Free plan recently? Please note that the Free subscription plan can store only the latest 500 submissions in your account. When the account downgraded to Free, the oldest submissions shall be deleted. Since your account is still holding Bronze subscription plan, I have now restored the deleted submissions in your account. Please try downloading the submissions again and let us know if you need any further assistance. 

Also, I see that you have canceled the Bronze subscription plan for your account. Since your subscription (I-P1BCL2A6DW9F) is paid using PayPal, it is required to cancel the plan from your PayPal dashboard. Please follow the steps provided in the guide below:
