Form Submissions: Chrome does not reflect updates made in the submissions page, unless refreshed

    Hi,

    I am trying to make a edits to form submissions from within JotForm but am having trouble with the edits appearing.

    If I go to My Forms, click on one of my surveys, then go and view submissions, there is a small "Edit" icon on the top right corner next to the submitted survey response. I click on the Edit icon, make an edit, then resubmit the form. However, then the screen where the submission should be is blank. If I click over to another submission and back to the edited submission, the changes I just made do not appear. I have to go all the way back out to My Forms, then click back into the survey submissions button; once I do this, the edits appear. This is not very conveinent when submission edits are needed. Please advise how to make submission edits appear immediately when submitted.

    Update: I tried another browser and it seems to be working better, maybe it is an issue with Chrome. It is inconvienent though to have to switch browsers just for edits. Maybe you can still advise a solution?

    Hi there, 

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

    After making the change and re-submitting, try refreshing the screen on Chrome and the changes should appear.  

    Give that a try and let us know if you need further assistance!

    Unfortunately, refreshing takes me back to the top of the submission entries (actually it does it both in Explorer and Chrome!). While better than the exit/return process I described, it still slows me down. I would appreciate JotForm trying to fix this problem.
