Multiple Names & uploading files or images

Hello,

We currently use Weebly to host our website and found that your app. can be used on our web page. I'd like some information to see if JotForm will work for the events we need to register people/kids for at our church. Most events will be for parents to sign there children up or complete family, so here are my questions.

Can forms be created to allow multiple names to be entered in on one form entry?

We need to keep certain items on file for kids, so can pdf's or jpg's be an entry item for each person reregistering for an event?

Once all the information is gathered for an event can the information be downloaded as excel file or something similar?

You can create a form and add multiple name fields allowing the user to add many names.

Jotform does have file upload widgets that can be added to the form for users to upload files. Multiple file types are supported: How to Create File Upload Forms

Form submissions can be downloaded as Excel, CSV or PDF.
