Form Builder is running slow

    Hi There

    We seem to be having a lot of trouble with your site running incredibly slow. I have to keep logging in and out to make a simple change and everything is taking so long. This is not normal and nothing has changed at our end, same internet provided, same computer, same everything. Have reset our internet and everything runs fine except jotform. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is very frustrating and impacting my business. Thanks so much. Quinn


    Nothing to attach as it is just thinking thinking thinking with a blank screen.

    Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

    If I understood correctly the issue is related to the Form Builder. I tested the Form Builder with the form you provided on your account, but I was not able to replicate the issue you reported. The Form Builder is loading fine on my end.

    Maybe it was a temporary issue. I also cleared your form cache. Please try again. You can also try to use some other browser or device.

    I am having this same problem as of 9am EST. Jotform has been running very slowly for the past day. Also, some elements of our forms are also not showing up properly. I have cleared both browser and form caches. 


    Everything other than jotform is working fine.
