I see the Time Format settings in your account is in YYYY/MM/DD format. You may customize this to MM/DD/YYYY format.
Refer to this screenshot:
Hope this helps!
Thanks.

Are you referring to this date Field? I see this is Date Picker field in your Cards layout. Unfortunately, the default DATE field on JotForm Cards doesn't have an option to change the date format.
So, I have forwarded your thread as a feature request. Please keep in mind that there's no assurance whether this will be implemented. It will highly depend on the viability of the feature, the number of similar requests we get, along with the workload of our Developers.
We can't give you any timeframe but we'll keep you apprised on this same thread when there's an update.
Until please have a look at the DATE PICKER WIDGET and see if that will fit your needs. This widget has an option to change the date format. There are other date-related widgets to choose from so feel free to fiddle around with them.
Thanks.

Hello,
You can specify the date format of the Date Picker field in the card forms now.
