I renewed my subscription and everything yesterday and am a registered member but I can't log in to Jotform. I have some urgent work to do and this is a real problem.
I have tried my user name and resetting password but it doesn't recognise my username anymore - email@example.com

You username is GEMEvents with email address associated to this account as, lb@******productions.com.
No such user for the email address, firstname.lastname@example.org.
