How to test my PayPal form?

    1.  The first field in my form is "Full Name"

This is not appearing when the form is published.

    2. I have made the payment fields (credit card name, number etc) plain short answer text for a particular reason, but the form is automatically picking up that credit card details are being entered, so I can't do a dummy test run!  Also - for some weird reason, when I did put in an actual credit card (which I didn't want to do because I haven't set up a payment gateway yet), it returned an error saying I had used an invalid PayPal email address.  I don't even HAVE paypal as an option on the form!

    3.  I want to use a single page order form, not use a NEXT button to move to the next page.  Can I remove a page break from the order sheet template?

    4.  Where are the options to use colour etc?  Or is this a paid option?

As I check your JotForm, I see that the Full Name is displayed normally.

I see that the PayPal email address is not entered in the Payment field. Please note that it is not allowed to collect credit card information on plain text fields using JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts will be automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing. If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely.

I have now removed the credit card fields on the form to avoid suspension of your account. In order to test your form with the payment, you may setup the sandbox PayPal account. Please refer to the guide below:

Yes. You may remove the page break from your form. You can make any changes to your form as you need them.

Where are the options to use colour etc?  Or is this a paid option?

You may change the form themes, colors, text from by clicking on Form Designer icon from the form edit mode.
