HIPPA Form

We are currently GOLD subscripers and I understand that comes with HIPPA forms. I would like to explore in creating one and want to know if there is anything additional or specific I need in order to do so. 

Please send any directions or informaton that would valuable in this process. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to enable HIPAA for only one form. When you enable HIPAA, all forms in your account become HIPAA compliant.
