Does the client receive a copy also?

    When I send a contract out, once the client fills it out and submits it, I receive it, but does the client get a copy as well or is there a way they can print that out?


    Also, I am still seeing the Jotform branding.  Is there a way to take that out and put our name?

    We have 2 types of email alert: Email notification and Autoresponder. 

    The email notification is the email alert that you will receive when someone completed the form. The autoresponder is the confirmation email that the submitter will receive after submitting the form.

    So, please make sure that you create an autoresponder email so that your users will receive an email copy. Here's a guide: Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email.

    You may also enable the PDF attachment in the autoresponder so that a PDF copy will be attached. Here's a guide: How-to-include-submissions-as-PDF-attachment-in-the-email-notifications.


    Also, I am still seeing the Jotform branding.  Is there a way to take that out and put our name?

    Please go to Account Settings page and disable the JotForm Branding. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings.

    You need to uncheck the "Show Powered by JotForm on my forms" option.
