Why is my account on free status after purchasing a subscrcitpion?

    Good Morning!

    You shouldve already received payment for my Jot Form account, but it is still saying I have run out of the trial period and forms.  Could you please let me know when my account will be opened up again?

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    I can see you paid using the purchase order method, this takes some time to be processed since it requires manual process. The purchase order is reflected on our end with the invoice number 123079622 so I have set your account on the silver status now.
