Payment overlimit: looking for more payment trial

    Hi,

I really liked the Jotform platform. But, I need a few more payments to test the concept as the initial 3 payments were simply used to test the form. Could you please provide few more payments such that I can test the whole concept with the real audience.

    Thanks!

I see you have exhausted your payment limit.

You may upgrade your account with higher plans if you want to receive more payment limit or you may wait till the first day of the next month as all the limits applied to your free subscription is reset on the first day of every month.

Upgrade to a plan with higher payment limits. You can compare payment limits in this diagram:

Please see this guide for more on usage limits:

You can even take advantage of the GetMore section in your account.

    Thanks.

    Hi There,

My form says "form over quota" but I didn't reach my limit of 160 yet. Why it is happening?

If you check the Usage page of your account — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage, you will see that your account is already over its "payment submission limit". I see that you have managed to increase your "monthly submission limit" by 60 through Get More. However, "monthly submission limit" is different with the "payment submission limit".

If you would like to test your payment submissions but you don't want it to go against your payment submission limit, please make sure that you are logged to your JotForm account on the same network where you are testing the form. We register the IP address where the form was last edited and we do not count any submissions (including payment submission) coming from the same IP address within 1 hour. We assume that the submissions are test submissions. However, these submissions will still be displayed on the Submissions Page, Inbox and Notification/Autoresponder Email. In other words, the View Submission feature is still available for these test submissions as well.

If you have other questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.
