We are not receiving emails.

    Hi,

    We set up this form in November. It has been working till yesterday but after that we are not receiving emails.

    I also tried creating new notification email. It sent one email and then stoped. We tried changing many things but it did nto work. Will you please check and solve this problem asap.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have cuased. By changing your form's notification sender email address to norepyl@jotform.com and whitelist JotMail's IP's Addresses should solve the problem.

    I have the same problem: it seems since a few days notification mails are not sent anymore: they are not in my spambox on the server!

    And a testmail from jotform and 3 mails I send through didn't get to my server either.

    Before it was working allright!
