Jotform is not sending me notifications

    Hi!  I have a jot form set up on my website and it is not sending me an email notification when someone fills it out.  Please help

    I have checked your website and I can't seem to find any form created by JotForm.

    Checked your mail logs and I can only see test notification being sent.

    Can you try to test a submission using your form and let us know if the issue still remains?

    Please help.  The issue still remains.  I do not get notified when someone fills out the form.  The jotform is located at the bottom of my homepage www.thelifecoachingspot.com where is says:

    I see that the form is set to send the notifications to david.blum@gospacecraft.com for your form. As I check the email history log, I see that the emails are being sent without any issue from our end.

    Please check if the emails are being landed in spam/junk folders. Also, please check the following guide that can help you with troubleshooting email delivery issues.

    AHA!  Now we are getting somewhere!  The emails should be set up to go to cathy@thelifecoachingspot.com . David Blum was the website developer who no longer even works at spacecraft so those messages were going basically nowhere.

    Can you explain where I need to go within the platform to change where the notifications are sent?  That will solve this I believe!

    I see that the form embedded on your website is currently in your website developer account davidblum. In order to make any changes to the form, it is required to login to that account. Since the form is associated with the other account, you may request your developer to transfer the forms to your account thelifecoachingspot. With the consent of the form owner, we cannot move the forms to another account.

    Once the forms are moved to your account, you may change the email address in the Recipients tab of email settings from the form build/edit mode.
