When a form is edited by the user how can the recipient email be resubmitted as confirmation to the user?

    I created an edit link in the thank you page showing the details of the form, so the user after filling out the form hits submit and then a page is loaded with the details of the form they can review the form and if changes are needed they can hit the edit link to make changes and then resubmit the form or if everything is ok they can just hit another button labeled complete submition and then it takes them to my home page. The problem is when they hit edit, change the form and hit resubmit it does not send them another confirmation email. How can I get the form to send another confirmation email?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    We do not send the Autoresponders on the form Edit, but we do send the Email Notifications on the form Edit.

    The workaround is to use the Email Notification instead.

    1. Add the Email Notification with any Recipient E-mail to your form.

    2. Open that Email Notification, and click on the Reply-To and Recipient Settings button.

    3. Configure:

    Recipient E-mail: {emailAddress} (that tag might be different depending on your email field)

    Sender E-mail: noreply@jotform.com

    4. Click on the Finish button to save the changes.

    Does not work. It says email address should be valid. I put the {emailAddress} in the recipient email.

    Is there another work around?

    You will need to open existing Email Notification with some email address, then click on the Reply-To and Recipient Settings, add the field tag {emailAddress} to your recipient field, and click on the Finish button.

    Works good. I also had to create two hidden fields with my name and email address to select from the dropdown menu to show up on the email. I'm going have to delete my original "To Recipient" so it doesn't send out two emails to the recipient. I think it should be good. If I run into any jambs I'll let you know
