How can I pay for a nonprofit account?

Hello, I work for a 501c3 non-profit and we currently already have a free account. We'd like to upgrade to a silver plan but not sure if our account was set up under your jotform nonprofit. How can we go about getting non-profit pricing on this upgrade?

You may confirm if you have already sent an application and if it was approved by logging into your account and going to the pricing page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing 

Once you go to the pricing page you should see the discounted prices. You may compare them by opening the pricing page while you're logged out.
