I am locked out of my account. Please help

    I'm need help getting into my account.  My account is paid up to date.  There is no reason that I can see that I am locked out of out account. Please help.  We are waiting. Trying to get into the patient chart that she submitted.

    There are no phone numbers. It says 24/7.  I'm been trying to get someone for an hour.

    I checked your account but I do not see any problems with it. Can you please check and ensure that you are properly logged in on your account? You will notice on the top-right part of the page that an image/avatar appears there to see if you are logged in on your account or not
