Form exceed its submission limit

my user name is splash_org and that was who I was logged as when I paid the subscription. I need an urgent resolution as I have children trying to book their activities.

I have been paying a bronze subscription to ensure that a form doesn't exceed its' submission limit only to find that unknown to me it was only share

This form (https://www.jotformpro.com/form/51675819845975) belongs to this user account (lswa).

This account is currently in overlimit status. Currently, the account has 103 submissions for this month. In the Free plan, the limit is 100 submissions per month.

You mentioned that this account (lswa) is a sub-user of your account (Splash_org). Please take note that you can only share forms to a sub-user and not the paid subscription or limits.

The solution here is for the sub-user to transfer the ownership of the form to the main paid account (Splash_org). He/she can just drag the form to the Shared folder, here's a screenshot:
