I know you can't incorporate every idea that comes along, but here's a set of needs from a client who would gladly pony up premium fees for access to a particular feature set. I'll put in my vote in case you're tallying.
a) Entering zip code auto-populates city and state in an address block;
b) Have address validated by USPS (or UPS?) for official spelling/format and ZIP+4
c) Phone field with country code option, possibly auto-populated by country dropdown control;
d) Phone field with parentheses to contain area code and the "-" between XXX and XXXX, with option to get the data out with *or* without those formatting characters
e) Name field with options to turn on/off PREFIX, MIDDLE, and SUFFIX field.

a) I have attached a ticket to this thread and forwarded it to our Developers. Unfortunately, I do not know when or if that request will be processed. Our Developers are quite busy, and they are working on their own priority schedule.
b) You may create an additional thread for this request, then we will be able to attach a ticket to the thread.
c) It is possible to add a Full Name field with Prefix field, and simply rework it for your needs.
d) I do not think that such option can be implemented in the near future. We are tryin to keep the things as simple as possible, some options may be really frustrating for other users.
If you need a phone number without spaces, you may try a Text Box field.
e) At least, this is something that you can do :) Please check the Properties tab of the Full Name field.

Thanks for the response, and the tip on the name - must have overlooked that before.
Just a comment on the phone field.. phone number fields with ( ) - in light grey in the background are pretty common around the web. Don't think that would confuse anyone. You already offer the option to lay in prompting text in light grey. Just sayin'.

To submit another feature request we will need a separate forum thread. This is how our ticket system works, one problem/question per thread. I this way, we can provide more efficient support, and it is easier to find answers on the forum for other JotForm users.
